Event Day Coordination
This package is designed to assist the client who has done all the planning and just wants a professional coordinator to leave the details to.
- Initial Complimentary Consultation
- One (1) consultation with coordinator for planning, discussing and/or reviewing
- One (1) vendor site visit with coordinator
- Up to 5 hours event day coordination
- Develop/distribute detailed timeline for vendors
- Inventory and collection of all accessories and decorations
- Assist with all pre event set up and decorating
- Oversee the entire event
- Final vendor confirmations to review services ordered and delivery times (2 weeks prior)
- Distribution of final payment/gratuities
