With that, at Sarah Viera Event Planning & Design we like to customize packages to fit your direct needs. Please read through the day of coordination services offered and call for a complimentary consultation. Packages starting as low at $295.00 with a la carte services offered separately.
Day of Coordination
- Initial Complimentary Consultation plus two hour pre wedding day meeting to outline details
- Vendor recommendation list
- Participation at the 30 day walkthrough of venue with caterer and other vendors
- 7 hours of wedding-day management (additional hours available at $55/hour)
- Collection and transportation of general decor, guest registry items, centerpieces, etc. up to one week prior to wedding
- Complete vendor coordination (includes contract review ) and oversight
- Set up of ceremony and/or reception space
- Timeline generation and management
- Guest greetings and seating coordination
- Processional staging and coordination
- Rehearsal direction (1 hour)
- Final vendor confirmations to review services ordered and delivery times (2 weeks prior)
- Distribution of final payments/gratuities
- On-site bridal emergency kit
- Strike (tear down) assistance (if within contracted timeframe)
A la carte services
Whether you need to add on to a package already chosen or need assistance with a few items, a la carte services can fill any need. If you find a service not listed, let me know!
- Invitation preparation: $1.50 per invitation (plus cost of invitation supplies)
- RSVP response tracking service: $99. per 100 invitations
- Wedding/party favors or gift preparation: $1.00 per favor (plus cost of item)
- Additional vendor consultations exceeding contracted amount
- Additional hours for rehearsal day exceeding contracted hours
- Personal consultations via telephone, email, or in person exceeding contracted hours (if you need help getting started, want to know where to begin, vendor referrals, etiquette advice or menu selection guidance)
- Distribution of beneficial documents (monthly checklist, cost breakdown, bridal party duties, etc)
- Budget calculating, setting and maintenance
- Arrangement of all vendor appointments, necessary changes to vendor contracts, and venue viewings
- Vendor recommendation list
- Vendor contract review
- Assistance with wording of invitations, save the date, menu cards, programs, etc
- Guidance with ceremony vows, readings, song choices, and registry
- Guidance with dress steaming and post wedding preservation
- Develop/distribute detailed wedding day itinerary for bridal party and vendors
- Final vendor confirmations to review services ordered and delivery times (2 weeks prior)
- Ceremony and reception clean up
- Arrangement of hotel block accommodations and transportation needs
- Order placement of wedding supplies and products (items such as: invitations, programs, accessories, menu cards, ribbons)
- Printing of wedding supplies (programs, menu, invitations, escort cards, etc)
- Assembly of centerpiece décor and other items
- Arrangement of pre/post wedding activities, rehearsal dinner, and/or wedding brunch/luncheon
- Design seating chart
- Romantic decoration of wedding night suite, if onsite or within 15 mile radius
- Last minute errands (picking up decorations, floral and linen orders, etc)
- Rental returns (tuxedo’s, décor rentals, linen rentals, etc)
- Slideshow presentation assembly

The above services can be provided for a minimum of $60/hour (Minimum 1 hour on all services)
