We specialize in full service planning and design packages that encompass extensive services starting with venue scouting all the way through the farewell brunch. SVE's approach is to deliver a standard of excellence to clients seeking the very best in planning, design, and event management. We strive for the planning experience to be fun, exciting and as seamless as the day itself. The Leave the Details to the Detailed package is our most popular offering among clients as it includes our most comprehensive planning and design services.
INVESTMENT
Our process begins with a complimentary consultation to discuss the vision and details of your event. From there, we create a fully customized proposal fitting to your exact needs. Depending on the planning service you choose, we talk in further depth about your event to create a design proposal with visual inspiration, color palette, and hand select your design vendor team. Regardless of the planning service you choose we are here to answer your questions throughout the planning process. Each calendar year we book a limited number of events to ensure that every client receives the full, quality attention they deserve.
DAY OF DETAILS
While we love the design process of any event, we realize our clients may too! Our Day of Details package is designed from a detailed oriented planner who wants to guide you in the right direction throughout the planning process. We offer constant communication throughout allowing you to utilize the knowledge and experience we have gained over the years. Included in this package is a initial consultation, 30 day walk through at the venue, creation and execution of a minute-by-minute timeline on wedding day, a software program with powerful planning tools to guide you along the way and overall assurance that your vendor team is connected and prepared, allowing for a seamless, beautifully executed event.
DESTINATION
Luxury destinations, romantic cities or a weekend celebration on an island we are there to handle all the details from venue location, menu selections, design + decor details, event day timeline, vendor management and coordinating the entire weekend of events. We love to travel and incorporate your destination into the design of your weekend event. Whether we are staying in the US or traveling abroad we can't wait to begin the planning process.
ELOPEMENT
Let us help find you the perfect location to celebrate your intimate elopement. Whether it is the Colorado mountains, California vineyards, or sandy beaches we will eliminate the stress of finding your perfect location, a large guest list, menu selections, and design details and put the focus on what truly matters, the two of you saying "I do." Our process begins with an extensive questionnaire learning a little bit about the two of you and what your desires are for your special day. We then research the perfect ceremony location, plan an intimate dinner and include the necessary details in between to create the most memorable day of your lives. This collection is designed for an elopement of the two of you and up to 8 additional guests.
INTIMATE SOIRÉE
Want to enjoy an intimate evening with your closest friends and family and not fuss over making sure you greet all 150 guests in attendance, then let's plan an intimate soirée. From casual backyard to upscale dining we offer the complete investment of doing all the design and coordination for you! Our process begins with a complimentary consultation to learn about the details of your vision and what makes you excited to plan this special moment in your life. From there, we determine (if not already done) the location and include planning for all the small details in between. This collection is designed for an intimate soirée up to 40 people.
