I could not say enough positive things about Jamie and the team at Sarah Viera. My husband came down with the flu the night of our rehearsal dinner and Jamie, Sarah, and the team, went above and beyond to make sure he could walk down the aisle and kept me calm to boot (think Jamie's husband waiting in line for two hours at Walgreens to pick up a Tamaflu prescription and Sarah organizing drip IV's). Ok, so let's be honest - I was a little annoyed that my venue required a wedding planner for the day of and I was also a little annoyed at the prices for day of planners (not Sarah specifically but just in general) because I thought to myself "How much can they possibly be doing if I'm planning everything leading up to it" and "How good can they possibly be if we are only having a few conversations leading up to the day but I was the one who organized everything up until that point." I would just like to go on record to say that I was wrong. I don't know if I was wrong for every day of planner, but I most definitely was wrong about Sarah. She went above and beyond in helping me - even when I'm pretty sure it didn't fall under her official roles and responsibilities. I was a covid bride and Sarah was SUPER accommodating in pushing the wedding out, helped with recommendations and answered questions in the months leading up to the event, and helped to make sure everything was neat and tidy before the big day. I was definitely nervous if things would come together with me handing everything off to Sarah but let me tell you....THE DAY WAS PERFECT. I didn't have to think about anything or worry about what came next. It was like Sarah was everywhere at once and doing everything because I literally didn't have to do anything except enjoy my day. My mom was planning on being the one who sort of helped keep everything moving (at least from a set up/break down perspective) and anytime she went to do something, Sarah was right there saying "No no no. let me do that!". My mom is not easily impressed and she couldn't stop raving about Sarah. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding or day of planner - jump off that fence right now! At least if you're considering Sarah :)

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Sarah was on our wedding day as well as the months leading up to it. We hired Sarah as a day-of-coordinator but she was so much more than that. Sarah has calm, attentive, honest, and so kind throughout the entire planning process. Your software Aisle Planner was absolutely critical to the success of planning a destination wedding. It was such a helpful took for Meg and me to communicate through since she was in Colorado and I was in Florida. Updating the guest list as the RSVP's came in, noting their food choices and any special needs, the seating chart, the budget and actual invoices from vendors allowed us to make adjustments - all through this well designed software. It also allowed you to see where we were in the planning and prompt us for decisions not yet made.

Your lovely smile was such a calming presence at the wedding ceremony at the Air Force Academy Chapel. You made sure everyone had their personal flowers, the guestbook was in place and that the photographers got shots of the wedding program and Meg's letter from Bruce to read before she walked down the aisle. Then prior to arriving at the Flying Horse Club for the reception, you coordinated with the staff to see that all items were in the proper places per diagrams and that the timeline was followed. The offer made available for us to use decorative accessories from your inventory allowed us to have special gold chargers under the dinner plates, clear vases with floating candles and gold glitter tea lights on each table that added ambiance and elegance to the dinner reception. After the reception, you placed table centerpiece flowers in our room, and also put the bridal bouquet in the Bride and Groom's Villa along with your thoughtful bottles of wine for them on their honeymoon and first anniversary.

I contacted Sarah Viera Event Planning & Design with less then a months notice for a 40th surprise birthday party for my other half. Due to the hours that I work, I had limited time and asked if they were able to assist me in organizing my event (I have no party planning knowledge). I got married on Sunday at Spruce Mountain Ranch and Sarah was my planner. I grew up in Colorado Springs but currently live in Pennsylvania so I was planning the wedding from afar. Where do I even begin? We could not be happier we chose Sarah Viera as our wedding planner.
